Feelin’ purrty good ;)
Adolf and I got to go visit Mom yesterday, it was so awesome! When dad opened the car door, I was so excited I jumped out without missing a beat. I ran (ok, not ran but in my mind I was running ) right up the front steps and gave Mom all my love, I was sooo happy to see her. She even bought me some extra special treats. I had my own special bed made up that I got to share with my little brother. I went outside to my old back yard and must have spent the next half hour sniffing all those familiar smells and left my mark 😉
What was really weird was my sister wasn’t there. I could smell her everywhere, but just couldn’t find her. Apparently mom and dad thought it would be better if we weren’t around each other while I am healing. I sure did enjoy my visit mom spoiled me rotten, but as crazy as it sounds, I miss my Snicker Doodles. We’ve been together forever, and it’s hard to imagine life without her. For now dad says that I have to take care of myself first and then maybe, just maybe we can reunite.
Back home in the country again 🙂 I’ve been going outside all by myself and as regular as can be, if you get my drift. Finishing up my meds, feel extremely good and hopefully I don’t need any more pain pills.

Skittles! So glad you are having such a good time at all your different homes! Double the love, double the spoiling, double the treats!
Sorry you aren’t getting to see Snickers right now, but this is just temporary. Dogs don’t live in the past thank goodness. But you still need time to heal up some more before you that bossy sister and you visit!

Woohoo to you Skittles! Sounds like things are going great! So glad you got to see your mama, ain’t nothin’ like some mama lovin’. Yeah, your pawrents have the right idea keeping you and your sissy apart right now. Hopefully you will be able to reunite not too far in the distant future.
